Rosie Bell Memorial Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements
1. Applicants must be a 2024 graduate from a Georgia high school or be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, or an adult not enrolled or attending college. Recipient could use the scholarship to assist with purchasing supplies or needed items to begin work.
2. High School & College Students must have at minimum an unweighted 3.0 GPA. Working Adult Applicants must show proof of employment and supplies needed.
3. Students must provide a copy of your high school transcript (unofficial copies are accepted). *Current High School Students Only*
4. All student applicants must provide proof of acceptance/enrollment in a 2 year or 4 year college or university. Must be attending college in the upcoming school year (2024-2025). Workforce applicants provide proof of employment and supplies needed.
5.All applicants must provide a current recommendation letter from a school official, employer or a leader in your community.
6. All applicants, In addition to the application, write and submit an essay 300-500 words stating your educational and career goals and WHY you need this scholarship.
8.All applicants must have participated virtually, or in person at a meeting or event sponsored by Harvesting Scholars within the past two years. Share briefly your experience with the organization.

3 awards will be given; A current high school student and a currently enrolled college student and a working/employed adult will each be awarded. Funds can be used towards any college or work-related expense.
The deadline for this application and supporting documentation is 11:59 p.m. August 30, 2024.
