The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver® certified Heartsaver First Aid and CPR/AED Course teaches rescuers to effectively recognize and treat emergencies in the critical first minutes until emergency medical services personnel arrive. The course also provides a complete health and safety training solution for first aid, adult,child and Infant CPR, and AED. Certification. Course Length : up to 3-4 Hours Includes EBook Certification is valid for 2 years Meets Federal, State, OSHA, Hospital, Insurance and Government Requirements. 


CPR/AED course is designed to teach students CPR for victims of all ages, use the automated external defibrillator (AED) and relief of choking. Instruction is given on recognition of life threatening emergencies and basic CPR techniques. It is available to anyone desiring, or required, to obtain the knowledge and skills taught at this level. Upon successful completion of skills demonstration, students will receive their Heartsaver® First Aid & CPR/AED course completion card which is valid for two years.

What's the difference between Heart Saver Traditional Class vs Blended

In a traditional class we watch the Video then practice on the manikin and repeat for each section.
Length of Class: up to 3 hours
Includes: Adult Child and Infant training
Certification: American Heart Association Two Year Certification
Course Meets:Medical, State, Federal and OSHA Requirements


In the Blended Class, there are two parts.

Part 1 -  The AHA Blended class offers convenience Virtual training (On the AHA Website). You do all the watching of the video at home or work virtually.  You can work at your own pace like 10 minutes a night or you can work through the whole course in one sitting.  Once you complete part 1 (virtual) you then move to Part 2.

Part 2 - Once the course is completed, the participant meets with an Instructor for a 30 minute skills testing session. In this instructor lead session, the student demonstrates their practical skills test.  (Compression, Breathing, AED, Rescue Scenario, child, infant, choking)  This takes about 30 minutes per student.
